Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Oreo Cheesecake Bites are creamy, indulgent bite-sized desserts featuring a smooth cheesecake filling atop a crunchy Oreo cookie crust. These no-bake treats combine the rich tang of cream cheese with the iconic chocolate crunch of Oreos, making them perfect for parties, snacks, or quick sweet fixes.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 20 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Finely crush Oreo cookies, then stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners or a silicone mold to create the crunchy base.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until the filling is silky and lump-free.
  3. Assemble the Bites: Spoon the cream cheese filling over the Oreo crust in each cup, filling them up to the rim. Smooth the tops with the back of a spoon or small spatula for an even surface.
  4. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the filled tray for at least two hours to allow the cheesecake bites to firm up and develop their creamy texture.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Optionally, top with crushed Oreos, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries before serving for added flavor and presentation.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese to ensure a smooth, lump-free filling.
  • Press the crust firmly to prevent crumbling when serving.
  • Silicone molds make removal easier and help maintain shape.
  • Chill overnight for best texture and flavor development.
  • Don’t skip the vanilla extract to brighten the cheesecake’s flavor.
