Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the sausage until it is nicely browned and cooked through. This step develops a rich, savory base for the soup. Once browned, remove the sausage and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

  3. Add the Cabbage: Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it begins to soften and absorb the savory flavors from the pan, adding texture and natural sweetness.
