  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bread: Cut the loaf lengthwise without slicing all the way through to create a pocket. Scoop out some of the soft inner bread to make room for the filling, being careful not to pierce the crust.
  2. Cook the Filling Ingredients: Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and chop. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, chopped green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stuff the Bread: Evenly spread the chicken and bacon mixture inside the hollowed loaf. Press the filling gently to pack it in, ensuring it stays inside during baking.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Brush the outside of the loaf with melted butter to achieve a golden, crispy crust. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
